Refund & Warranty Policy

This policy sets out when an order is covered by warranty, when you are eligible for a refund, how refunds are issued, and how to submit a request to Like3s.

This is a courtesy English translation. Like3s operates under the laws of Vietnam; the Vietnamese version of this document is legally binding and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

Refund & Warranty Policy

1. General principle

Like3s commits to delivering orders in line with the description of the service package you chose. This policy clarifies when you are entitled to a warranty or refund, to protect the interests of both sides.

2. Order warranty

  • For service packages that state a warranty period, if the count drops within the warranty period after the order completes, you may request a free refill.
  • A warranty request must include the order ID and be sent within the warranty period.
  • The warranty does not apply if the content or account is changed, set to private, or deleted after the order completes.

3. Cases eligible for a refund

  • The order cannot be delivered.
  • The order fails due to a Like3s system error.
  • The order is only partially completed — the undelivered portion is refunded accordingly.
  • A valid cancellation while the order has not started running.

4. Cases NOT eligible for a refund

  • An incorrect link or identifier entered by the user.
  • An account or post set to private/restricted, preventing delivery.
  • Ordering the wrong service or wrong package for your needs.
  • An order completed in line with the service package's commitment.
  • A drop in the count after the warranty period has ended.
  • A breach of the Like3s Terms of Service.

5. Refund method

Refunds are credited to your Like3s wallet balance for use on future orders. Like3s does not refund cash or to a bank account, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Request process

Submit a warranty/refund request via the Support section in your account or through Like3s' Zalo/Fanpage, including:

  • The relevant order ID.
  • A description of the problem and (if available) supporting images.

7. Processing time

Requests are usually processed within 1–2 working days. If further checks are needed, processing may take longer and Like3s will notify you.

8. Complaints

If you disagree with the outcome, you may reply to the support request to have it reviewed again.
