Content Policy

Like3s helps individuals and businesses grow social media engagement in a healthy way. To protect other users, our partners and the platform's reputation, we refuse to serve the categories of content listed in this document.

This is a courtesy English translation. Like3s operates under the laws of Vietnam; the Vietnamese version of this document is legally binding and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

Content Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to every order placed through the website like3s.vn, the public APIs (Like3s API and Panel API), and every target object (post links, channels, fanpages, products, etc.) that a user submits to Like3s for processing.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed not to use the service for the 7 categories of content below.

2. Seven prohibited content categories

2.1. Violations of the law

  • Drugs, weapons, and goods prohibited by law.
  • Gambling and online betting in any form.
  • Fraudulent cryptocurrency: bitcoin doublers, pyramid schemes, scam coins, and "invest, 2x in 24h" offers.
  • Prostitution, pimping, and sex-related services.
  • Counterfeit goods and items faking registered, protected trademarks.

2.2. Sensitive politics

  • Content opposing the State and its lawful authorities.
  • False information, or slander of officials and public agencies.
  • Incitement of protests, disorder, riots, or separatism.

2.3. Hate speech & discrimination

  • Discrimination based on race, region, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
  • Insulting, abusing, or defaming an individual's honor.
  • Threats, incitement to violence, or calls to assault.

2.4. Adult (18+) content

  • Pornography, nudity, or explicit sexual content.
  • Promotion of sex services or prostitution.
  • Offensive content contrary to good morals.

2.5. Harming competitors

  • Boosting likes/shares/comments on posts criticizing or attacking competitors.
  • Spamming negative comments or smearing a competitor's page/product.
  • Destroying the reputation of another person or business through fake engagement.

2.6. Fraud & phishing

  • Pages impersonating banks, e-wallets, or e-commerce platforms to steal users' information or money.
  • Shortened links hiding a suspicious destination.
  • "Click for a free gift", "You've won", "ultra-profit investment", and their variants.
  • Soliciting card top-ups or transfers under the guise of support or fake charity.

2.7. Copyright infringement

  • Films, music, or video copied without permission from copyrighted sources.
  • Pirated e-books or scanned ebooks without the author's permission.
  • Cracked software, illegal license keys, and unauthorized shared accounts.
  • Images or graphics copied from other creators without permission.

3. Consequences of a violation

When Like3s detects an order or account violating this policy (through internal review, reports from other users, requests from authorities or third-party platforms), we apply the following measures in order of priority:

  1. Immediate order cancellation — without prior notice, without waiting for confirmation.
  2. No refund of the amount charged for the violating order. This is moved to an operations fund to handle similar reports.
  3. Permanent account ban — website access and API key locked, any remaining balance frozen.
  4. Ban of IP & related accounts — detected via device fingerprint, IP, and matching payment method.
  5. Reporting to the authorities — for serious violations (high-value fraud, political content, drugs, etc.), Like3s proactively provides information to the competent authorities.

Appeals after a ban are accepted via email support@like3s.vn, but Like3s reserves the right to a final decision and is not obliged to disclose internal evidence in detail.

4. Reporting a violation

Spotted another user using Like3s for prohibited content? Reporting helps us act fast — and you get rewarded:

  • Email: report@like3s.vn — include the link, a screenshot, and a short description.
  • Official Zalo/Fanpage: a direct message to the support channel (see the Contact section).

Report reward: 10–50% of the value of the violating order is credited to your account balance (if you have a Like3s account), depending on severity and the quality of the evidence. Filing a false report to harm another user is also treated as a violation of this policy.

5. Policy updates

Like3s reserves the right to update the list of prohibited content from time to time to align with the law, social media platform policies, and operational realities. The latest version is always published on this page; the update date is shown in the meta bar above.

Changes are not retroactive for orders completed before the update, but take effect immediately for any order placed after the new version is published.
