1. Scope

This policy applies to all personal information Like3s collects when you visit the websitelike3s.vn, create an account, and use our service.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: email, display name, password (stored in encrypted form), and contact details.
When you sign in with Google: the basic email, name, and avatar shared by Google.
Order data: the link, quantity, and options of the orders you place.
Transaction data: top-up history, balance, and balance usage history.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies.

3. How we use the information

Create, authenticate and manage your account.
Receive, process and deliver orders.
Process payments and manage your balance.
Provide customer support and handle complaints.
Detect fraud and keep the platform secure.
Improve service quality and send transaction-related notifications.

4. Basis for processing

We process your information to perform the service contract between you and Like3s, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of your consent when you register to use the service.

5. Sharing information

Like3s does not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following necessary cases:

Payment partners, to process your top-up transactions.
Technical partners needed to operate the platform and deliver orders.
Competent state authorities upon a lawful request.

6. Storage & retention period

Account information (email, full name, wallet balance, lifetime top-up total and membership tier) is stored for as long as your account is active. For historical data, Like3s applies the following retention periods:

Order history and wallet / top-up transaction history are kept for the last 90 days. Older data is periodically deleted — your wallet balance, lifetime top-up total and membership tier are not affected. If you need longer records, you can export your order history (CSV) on the Orders page before it expires.
Orders still under warranty are kept until the warranty expires, even beyond 90 days.
Technical logs (access and activity logs) are kept for up to 180 days for security and dispute resolution.
Inactive accounts: accounts with no transactions, a 0 ₫ balance and no sign-in for 90 days may be permanently deleted.

7. Data security

Passwords are hashed with BCrypt, connections are encrypted over HTTPS, and login sessions are managed with secure cookies. We apply internal access controls to limit who can reach the data. However, no system is perfectly secure — you should also protect your own login details.

8. Your rights

Access and edit your information in the Profile section of your account.
Request deletion of your account and related personal data.
Withdraw consent to data processing (this may affect your use of the service).
Complain if you believe your data is being processed improperly.

9. Signing in with Google

When you choose to sign in with Google, Like3s receives only the basic information (email, name, avatar) and does not access any other data in your Google account.

10. Cookies

11. Children's data

The Like3s service is not directed at people under 15 years old. If we discover that we have collected a child's data without guardian consent, we will delete that data.
